The Steel Structure includes all the galvanized steel components required to build the structural frame of the villa. It provides the strength and rigidity of the building and forms the support for the floor, exterior walls, roof and exterior openings.
Protection from the outside environment.
The Weatherproof Shell includes all the materials required to protect the villa from the outside environment.
Ready for occupancy.
The Interior Completion level includes all the materials required to make the villa ready for occupancy.
Comfort and lifestyle.
The Equipment level includes the products that complete the kitchen and bathroom areas and define the comfort and style of the villa.
